Job Title: Leasing Consultant Schedule/ Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM Job Duties: Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this. Requirements: Prior leasing experience is required. Bilingual English and Spanish is Highly preferred Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent phone and in person sales skills Motivated and hard-working Excellent communication skills Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
