\n \nA commercial and energy disputes team is seeking a mid-level associate with strong commercial litigation experience to join its New York office.
\n \nThe role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation and arbitration matters while taking an active role in brief writing, discovery, case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings . Candidates interested in developing substantive second-chair experience and growing a practice are encouraged to apply.

\n \nThe position offers a $270,000–$410,000 annual base salary , commensurate with skill and experience. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and dependent upon individual and firm performance.
