Position Summary

Total Offroad & More is seeking an experienced and results-driven PNW District Store Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for driving sales performance, developing store leadership teams, ensuring operational excellence, expanding commercial and dealership relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all locations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive aftermarket accessories, retail management, sales leadership, and multi-unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for multiple Total Offroad & More locations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and team members.
• Drive sales growth through retail, commercial fleet, and dealership channels.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local dealerships, fleet accounts, contractors, and commercial customers.
• Monitor store performance metrics including sales, profitability, labor, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and operational procedures.
• Develop action plans to improve underperforming locations and maximize market opportunities.
• Review and manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll controls.
• Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee inventory controls, shrink prevention, and purchasing compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and accountability meetings with Store Managers.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail, automotive aftermarket, truck accessories, off-road products, or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing commercial accounts and dealership partnerships preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations.
