:  We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or build a career in the production industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. As a Production Assistant, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting various departments to ensure smooth operations from pre-production through post-production. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set or in the studio.
• Support production staff with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Manage and organize production materials, including scripts, props, and costumes.
• Help maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the production process.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Basic understanding of production processes and terminology.
