Watertown, MA | 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days RemoteWe're seeking an experienced EHS Consultant in Watertown, MA. This role will work closely with EHS leadership to drive safety program improvements, compliance initiatives, policy development, and training efforts.Responsibilities:Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and workplace safety initiativesConduct gap assessment follow-up and assist with corrective actionsDevelop and align HSE policies, procedures, and documentationProvide guidance on Massachusetts safety and environmental regulationsReview client safety programs, policies, and compliance documentationSupport policy rollouts, employee training, and EHS communicationsPrepare technical reports and written documentation as neededQualifications:5-7+ years of EHS/HSE experience in a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programsExperience with policy development, compliance, and trainingExcellent technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBiotech or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plusWork Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite in Watertown, MA and 3 days per week working remotely.
