Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design, integration patterns, and technology selection.Facilitate discovery sessions to gather technical requirements, assess current-state processes and platforms, and translate findings into solution architecture and delivery plans.Guide and mentor full stack developers through code reviews, engineering standards, and implementation best practices across front-end and back-end development.Design, build, and maintain full stack applications, application programming interfaces, and data integrations to support scalable commerce solutions.Drive quality, performance, security, and scalability across delivery, including testing approaches, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, and issue resolution. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of full stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members and conducting code reviews for enterprise platform implementations.3+ large-scale platform modernization programs delivered for enterprise digital platforms.5+ years of experience implementing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.3+ years of experience designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL database solutions and building Representational State Transfer (REST) or GraphQL application programming interfaces (APIs).Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 – $218,300.
