HR Coordinator - Contract - Cambridge, MAReady to shape impactful learning experiences and help develop the next generation of leaders in a fast-growing organisation?Proclinical is seeking an HR Coordinator specializing in Learning and Development (L&D) to join a dynamic team in Cambridge, MA.Primary Responsibilities:The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the coordination and execution of L&D programs, including a flagship people manager development initiative. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience in learning coordination, HR, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in scheduling tools and virtual meeting technologies (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
