Remote Sales Representative

Compensation

• Part-Time: $30,000–$60,000+ in your first year (approximately 15–20 hours/week)
• Full-Time: $80,000–$180,000+ in your first year (approximately 30–35 hours/week)
• Leadership and Ownership opportunities: $200,000+

Our compensation structure is 100% performance-based with no income cap . In addition to commissions, agents have opportunities to earn monthly bonuses, leadership promotions, profit sharing, and long-term ownership opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about protecting their financial future.
• Help clients choose insurance and financial solutions that fit their unique needs.
• Work exclusively with warm, exclusive leads— no cold calling .
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Grow your own business while helping develop future leaders within the agency.

What You'll Bring
