This role is responsible for the training, development, and performance of a SDR team. The Manager will help lead a comprehensive development program focused on driving results, strengthening team capabilities, motivating and supporting individual growth. This role will also oversee daily operations, enhance outreach strategies, provide ongoing coaching and guidance, and focus on outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline.
