• Manage and grow your own book of business
• Drive client relationships, candidate pipelines, and executive-level searches
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on shared searches to maximize speed, quality, and placement success
• Operate with full autonomy while contributing to a high-performing, supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Proven success running a full desk
• Strong communication, business development, and executive-level search skills
